the location within the shopping mall allowed easy access to shops. it made visits from our business partners to the square convenient for meetings. i thought the concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable. the free shuttle to the gautrain was a plus.
i heard noise every minute and found it quite disruptive. the room had very poor lighting. i had to call maintenance to turn off some lights and turn on the tv.

The location was acceptable because it is close to the shopping mall.
I found the service lacking (unfortunately). The staff did not seem as attentive as I expected. the room was a bit worn. The carpets in the corridor had visible stains and triggered my allergies.

The hotel was much more upscale than i had anticipated. every staff member i came into contact with was excellent. the courtyard area at night is lit up. All of the restaurants have indoor and outdoor seating.
i was not impressed with the cold pool. the receptionist who checked us in lacked presence, i could not feel hospitality. it was very difficult to get two separated covers.

The staff demonstrated high understanding. The team excelled in raising standards. grace and the entire team were excellent in their work. the hotel invested in its staff.
